The Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course teaches students to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or an infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. The pediatric first aid and CPR class is designed for those who work in child care who may have to respond to children’s health emergencies. This course is for child-care workers, teachers, foster-care workers, camp counselors, youth organizations, and coaches for children’s sports organizations, but is also ideal for parents and babysitters.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. This CPR class teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both in-facility and pre-hospital settings.
